RECEIVED AUG 87, 253
Minute by the Acting Registrar of the Supreme Court.
Registry, Supreme Court, Hongkong, 20th June, 1889.
I received the cheque from the Bank, and can only repeat that I wrongly calculated the amount. Although it might have been better to have remitted a portion of the money at once, I considered it more convenient to make one remittance, and close the account, and so waited for Mr Bevis' return from Manila. Of course, I much regret the delay, and expressed such regret to Messrs. Wilson, Dean, & Master.
(Signed) Alfred G. Nose, Acting Registrar.
